Nayyar Noor, Bulbul-e-Pakistan passes away at the age of 71
Nayyara Noor, a well-known Pakistani playback singer, died on Saturday at the age of 71 in Karachi.
Dawn stated that the nature of her ailment was not immediately obvious. Her spouse, Sheharyar Zaidi, and two kids, Ali and Jaafer, survive her.
Her lengthy career extended many decades, during which she sang popular national and film songs. In 2006, the late singer received several national honours, including the title of Bulbul-e-Pakistan and the Pride of Performance Award.
In 1973, Nayyara Noor was also given the Nigar Award.
