The Al Arab newspaper team secured the title of the 11th Ramadan Press 6v6 Football Tournament after defeating the Al Sharq newspaper team 3-0 in the final match on Saturday at the Al Arabi SC hall.

The Al Raya newspaper team finished second in the competition after defeating the Qatar News Agency (QNA) team 3-0, while the Al Sharq newspaper team took third place, and the QNA team finished fourth.

HE President of the Qatar Press Center, Saad bin Mohammed Al Rumaihi, crowned the winning teams and presented the individual awards. Hamza Ali was named the tournament's top scorer with 8 goals, while Mahmoud Hassan from Al Raya newspaper was awarded the best player.

Yassin Yunus, the goalkeeper for Al Arab, received the best goalkeeper award, and Imad Al Barqawi, coach of Al Arab, was named the best coach of the tournament. Ali Salat, coach of the QNA team, received the ideal coach award.

The President of the Qatar Press Center expressed his delight with the exceptional atmosphere of the championship's 11th edition, praising all the efforts that contributed to its outstanding organization.

Al Rumaihi stated that these sporting events bring together media colleagues, where there are no losers, only winners, adding that the tournament is an annual gathering for colleagues from various media institutions, enhancing cooperation and communication among them.
