Al Khor Cultural Center Launches Summer Program for Females

Al Khor Cultural Center of the Ministry of Culture has launched the summer program for females.

Running until Aug. 3, the program includes a host of various activities and events, including beneficial cultural and artistic workshops during summer vocation.

Director of Al Khor Cultural Center Mariam Ali Al Mohannadi said the summer workshop targets 9-18 years old females and over, adding that the center's activities witnessed a high turnout from affiliates with 70 females participating in the summer program.

She pointed out that the center holds a plethora of various workshops ranging from painting to ceramics arts and threads, outlining that the program aims to invest in leisure times of young people to fulfil their needs and benefit from these times under the supervision of qualified trainers.

Al Mohannadi revealed that the center will organize workshops for 5-year-old persons and over upon completion of this summer program.
