Amir Attends Reception Ceremony of Heads of States and Governments Participating in Doha Forum

HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended the reception ceremony held in honor of Their Highnesses and Excellencies heads of states and governments and heads of delegations of brotherly and friendly countries taking part in Doha Forum 2022, at the Cultural Village Foundation - Katara on Saturday.

The reception was attended by HE President of the Republic Kosovo Vjosa Osmani; HE Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon Najib Mikati; HE Prime Minister of the State of Palestine Dr. Mohammad Shtayyeh; HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Ayman Al Safadi; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Muhtar Tileuberdi; HE High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Josep Borrell; HE US Presidential Special Envoy for Climate John Kerry; HE Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Kristalina Georgieva; HE Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al Hajraf; and the Forum's guests.

The reception ceremony was also attended by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, and a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs and Ministers.

HH the Amir and the guests exchanged talks on a number of topics of mutual interest.
