Amir Hails Gaza Ceasefire Urges Peaceful Resolution to Palestinian Issue

The Amir, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, expressed hopes that the Gaza ceasefire agreement would halt the ongoing aggression, destruction, and loss of life in Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories.

In a post on X, he emphasized Qatar's commitment to prioritizing humanitarian efforts over political interests and called for a resolution to the Palestinian cause based on international legitimacy.

His Highness also extended gratitude to Egypt and the United States for their roles in facilitating the agreement.
