The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has announced the administrative closure of Al Jaidah Cars Company for a period of 30 days.
The action was taken after the company was found in violation of Article (16) of Law No. (8) of 2008 on Consumer Protection, which requires businesses to ensure the availability of spare parts and provide timely after-sales services.

The decision, issued under No. 18/2025, is part of ongoing efforts to safeguard consumer rights and enforce compliance with the law.
The Ministry urged consumers to report complaints or inquiries by contacting the call center at 16001.
