The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has said that the Civil Defense controlled a fire that broke out in an under-construction building in Lusail on Saturday.
The ministry said in a Tweet on its official account that there were no casualties as a result of the fire.
“The Civil Defence puts out a fire at a an under-construction building in Lusail area without casualties,” MoI said in a tweet.
Images and videos of black smoke coming out of the Crescent Tower in Lusail were shared on social media Saturday morning.
