At The Hamad International Airport, the Customs Department successfully managed to stop an attempt in smuggling drugs into Doha.

In a statement, it was mentioned that the drug substances were caught inside a belt as it was discovered on the suspicion of the authorities that a foreign item was covered around the passenger’s body.

In a further statement, it was said that the item turned out to be Cannabis and the weight of the item was 1.9KG.
