Katara International Arabian Horse Festival
Under the generous patronage of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the fifth edition of the Katara International Arabian Horse Festival 2025 wrapped up on Saturday.
Organized by the Cultural Village Foundation - Katara, in collaboration with the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club and the Qatar Equestrian Federation and Modern Pentathlon, the closing day of the festival saw the visit of a number of dignitaries and the ambassadors accredited to the State of Qatar.
The festival included Katara auction and the Arabian Peninsula Horse Show, which hosted 207 horses from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, and Egypt, while the Global Champions Arabians Tour featured 304 horses from Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman, and USA.
The tour, which began earlier in January in Ajman, UAE, and was held in February in Doha, will make its next stop in Muscat, followed by Riyadh, Cannes, Valkenswaard, London, and Prague, before concluding in Doha in December 2025.
