The General Directorate of Traffic seized five vehicles and arrested the drivers for reckless driving, drifting and disrupting traffic procession on a public road.Â
In a tweet today, April 28, the Traffic Department said that legal action has been taken against the drivers seen in a video circulating on social media violating traffic rules.
"With reference to the circulating video showing more than one vehicle drifting and disrupting traffic procession on a public road, the North Traffic Department of the Traffic Patrols and Investigation Department managed to seize five vehicles along with their drivers, and legal measures are being taken with them regarding this violation," said the tweet.
The General Directorate of Traffic urges the public to strictly abide by traffic laws and regulations.
