Hamad Medical Corporation Announces Operating Hours for Ramadan

Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced changes to the operating hours of a number of services for the Holy Month of Ramadan.

In a statement on Thursday, HMC indicated that all emergency and inpatient services across HMC's network of hospitals including Paediatric Emergency Centers will continue to operate as normal, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

The changes to operating hours affect a number of services delivered remotely via the National Healthcare Helpline number 16000, which will continue to operate during the month of Ramadan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while the customer service helpline "Nesma'ak" 16060 will continue to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Outpatient Department Clinics will run as usual and in conjunction with the Urgent Consultation Service between 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Sunday to Thursday. HMC Urgent Consultation Service will run 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Sunday to Thursday.

The Mental Health Helpline will continue to operate 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday to Thursday, HMC Pharmacy Medication Delivery 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Sunday to Thursday, while the Qatar National Blood Donor Center will operate 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 12:00 am Sunday to Thursday and to be closed on Friday, while on Saturday will operate from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am.

HMC Clinic at Sealine will operate Thursday and Friday from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am and Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Clinical Imaging Call Centre Will operate as usual from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
