Qatar’s Meteorology Department has forecast humid and hazy weather across the country today, with occasional cloud cover expected both inland and offshore until 6 PM.
Inshore, conditions will be relatively humid with haze in some areas and scattered clouds. Winds will be light and variable at first, shifting to a northeasterly to easterly direction at speeds between 3 to 13 knots.
Offshore, the weather is also expected to remain hazy and humid, with light northwesterly to northeasterly winds, ranging between 3 to 13 knots.
The sea state will remain calm, with wave heights of 1 to 2 feet inshore and 1 to 3 feet offshore.
Visibility is forecasted at 4 to 8 km inshore and 5 to 9 km offshore.
Residents are advised to stay hydrated and limit prolonged outdoor activities during peak humidity.
