Hilton Doha The Pearl is delighted to announce an exciting transformation of the breakfast experience at The Kitchen. With aesthetic and a versatile indoor-outdoor ambiance, The Kitchen promises a contemporary and delightful dining adventure.

The Kitchen, a contemporary all-day eatery featuring a diverse menu inspired by global flavors, invites guests to explore a selection of delectable international dishes crafted with the finest ingredients.

Renowned for its celebrated breakfast offerings, The Kitchen extends an invitation to patrons for a delightful morning escape. Available daily from 7 AM to 11 AM, guests can enjoy an array of unlimited à la carte options and an open buffet, ensuring a flawless start to the day. Priced at QAR 110 per person, with a special group rate of QAR 90 per person for groups of a minimum of 10 people, reservations are recommended to secure a spot for this exceptional breakfast experience.

The à la carte selections showcase a diverse international array, including eggs with premium ingredients, the signature avocado on sourdough, English muffin with pulled beef and poached eggs, Shakshuka, savory and sweet pancakes, French bread, as well as Asian breakfast options like Uttapam, featuring fresh vegetables with coconut chutney. Additionally, international choices include tortilla bread with beans, tomato sauce, and fried eggs. Health-conscious diners can opt for oatmeal, protein bowls, and yogurt bowls.

Aside from its breakfast offerings, The Kitchen introduces a special business lunch on weekdays and a Friday brunch with complimentary pool access. Additionally, themed nights are incorporated throughout the week, including Wednesdays for Her, where ladies can indulge in up to 5 sips with a buffet of Italian bites for only QAR 99. Also, the newly introduced Eat like an Italian night takes place every Thursday from 6 pm to 10 pm, offering guests an Italian feast with three hours of unlimited beverages for only QAR 149.
