Horse Aesthetics Shine at Katara Thanaya Exhibition

Katara International Arabian Horse Festival (KIAHF-2024)

General Manager of the Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti opened on Sunday the Thanaya exhibition at Katara, Building 8 Gallery 1, being held on the sidelines of the 3rd edition of Katara International Arabian Horse Festival (KIAHF-2024), with the participation of 33 visual artists from Qatar and world countries.

The opening was attended by a large audience of visual artists, art and culture enthusiasts, and lovers of horse and equestrian heritage.

Through 48 plastic paintings, the exhibition celebrates the most important elements of the Qatari heritage and the Arab heritage of Arabian horses.

The Thanaya exhibition is held in conjunction with Katara's embrace of the unique cultural and artistic event that brings together the heritage and cultures of the world through the KIAHF-2024 and the cultural events accompanying the Asian Cup Qatar 2023.
