Individual arrested for selling visas in Qatar

An individual of Asian nationality has been apprehended by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), operating under the General Directorate of Criminal Investigation, for engaging in visa trade with the intent of financial gain.

The arrest follows extensive search operations, investigations, and information gathering conducted by the CID.

Upon interrogation, the accused confessed to the charges and was subsequently handed over, along with all seized materials, to the relevant authorities for further legal proceedings.

The department urges the public to steer clear of transactions with fraudulent companies and emphasizes the importance of reporting any dubious cases through the Metrash2 app.
