The Iranian Border Guard has announced that 44 drones and small aircraft of the Israeli entity were shot down and destroyed in various areas along the country's borders.
Commander of Iran's Border Guards Brigadier-General Ahmad Ali Goudarzi said in a statement that following the Israeli airstrike over the past 48 hours, 44 drones and small aircraft attempting to enter the country's airspace were detected and destroyed.
The Border Guards Commander emphasized the full operational readiness of the border guard forces to monitor the border and confront any threats.
