Qatar France Strategic Dialogue

The joint economic and financial committee of the Qatar-France strategic dialogue convened in Doha.

On the Qatari side, the meeting was chaired by Assistant Undersecretary for Economic Affairs, Dr. Saud bin Abdullah Al Attiyah, with Head of the Department of Bilateral Affairs and Corporate Internationalization at the Ministry of Economy, Finance, Industry and Digital Sovereignty of France, Magali Cesana, chairing the French side.

The committee discussed facets of bilateral cooperation at the financial and economic realms, as well as the Qatar-France cooperation in supporting developed countries financially.

Also discussed were areas of investment in the strategic sectors and food security, in addition to partnership between the public and private sectors and collaboration in the digital sector.
