The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has ordered a 30-day temporary closure of Al Waha Company – Jetour, citing violations of Qatar’s consumer protection law (Law No. 8 of 2008, Article 16).
According to the Ministry, the dealership failed to meet essential customer service standards specifically a shortage of spare parts and delays in delivering after-sales services.
This enforcement action comes as part of MoCI’s ongoing efforts to ensure businesses uphold consumer rights and operate in accordance with the law.
The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to monitoring commercial establishments and taking all necessary steps to protect consumers across the country.
