MOEHE Launches First Edition of Digital Designer Competition
Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) launched the first edition of the Digital Designer competition with the participation of 100 male and female students from 50 preparatory schools for boys and girls. The competition comes within the framework of implementing the activities supporting the curriculum in computing and information technology directed by the Educational Supervision Department at MOEHE and is part of the Ministry’s plans to promote the principles and values of loyalty and belonging, while celebrating the country’s achievements and national events.
The first edition of the tournament was hosted by Imam Al Shafei Preparatory School for Boys and Roqayah Preparatory School for Girls, while the jury was formed from some computer coordinators and teachers of government schools.
It is noteworthy that the theme of the tournament this year is summarized in the production of a poster that includes infographic information about the State of Qatar and its unique preparation for the World Cup, provided that the product highlights the country's heritage and cultural places.
