Minister of Commerce and Industry Meets Sri Lankan Official

HE Minister of Commerce and Industry and Acting Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari met on Monday with HE State Minister of Regional Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka Tharaka Balasuriya, via video conference.

During the meeting, they discussed aspects of joint cooperation in the commercial, investment, and industrial fields, and ways to enhance and develop them.

HE Minister of Commerce and Industry and Acting Minister of Finance, during the meeting, reviewed the economic policies adopted by the State of Qatar, and the role through which it contributed to removing restrictions to foreign investment and providing more investment opportunities for companies wishing to invest in Qatar.
