Ministry Detains Individuals Over Viral Assault Video

The Ministry of Interior announced on October 29, 2025, that it has taken prompt action after videos circulated on social media showing an assault incident accompanied by inappropriate language and behaviour inconsistent with public morals and societal values.

According to the statement, the Preventive Security Department identified and apprehended all individuals involved and initiated the necessary legal procedures in accordance with the law.

The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining public security and order, emphasizing that it will take all required measures against anyone who engages in actions that violate the law or societal ethics.
