Ministry of Interior to Discontinue Old Metrash2 App

The Ministry of Interior has announced that the old Metrash2 app will be discontinued on March 1, 2025.

Users are encouraged to download the new version of the app from the App Store or Google Play to continue accessing MOI e-services. The new app is compatible with iOS 13 and above, and Android version 29 and above.

Launched in December 2024, the updated app features a user-friendly design and new payment options. It provides access to a wide range of services, including personal authorization, certificate requests and reprints, and more. The latest update also introduces a feature allowing users to register their wife and children, even if their phone numbers are not linked to their Qatar ID cards.
