The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has issued a stern warning regarding unauthorized jet ski gatherings and disturbances in Qatari waters. In a video distributed across its social media platforms, the Ministry emphasized that such conduct is subject to legal consequences, including the potential confiscation of jet skis and legal action.
The MoI underscored that engaging in gatherings that cause disturbances could lead to imprisonment for up to six months, a fine not exceeding QR3,000, or both penalties.
Emphasizing the importance of responsible jet ski operation, the Ministry stated that avoiding disturbances and inconveniences to others demonstrates compliance with regulations and helps prevent legal infractions.
