New Special Vehicle Plate Numbers Available on Sooum App from October 5, 2025

Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has announced that new significant car plate numbers will be released, with the auction scheduled to begin on October 5, 2025, at 8:00 AM through the Sooum app.

The process starts with a 72-hour Expression of Interest period, followed by a 24-hour internal bidding window if multiple applicants show interest.Participants can select their preferred number, pay the required deposit, and wait for the designated period.

If only one individual expresses interest, the number will be sold at the quoted price. If multiple applicants participate, an internal bidding process will determine the winner.

The Sooum app is available for download on the App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.
