Qatar Boxing Federation
The Qatar Boxing Federation (QBF) held its Combat Challenge at the Barzan Youth Center Saturday evening, featuring Qatari boxing stars in six different weight classes.
In the 60 kg weight class, Abdulaziz Abdul Latif won 1st place, while Youssef Al Sayed won 2nd.
In the super lightweight class (63.5 kg), Mohamed Al Faji took 1st place, while Faisal Al Naimi finished 2nd.
In the 71 kg weight class, Hamad Walid Al Shaibi secured 1st place, while Massad Abdul Malik earned 2nd place.
In middleweight (75 kg), Saeed Jihad Saeed Hussein won 1st place, while Mohamed Al Mansour took 2nd.
As for heavyweight (+92 kg), Fares Ali claimed 1st place, whereas Mohamed Mahdi secured 2nd.
HE President of QBF Sheikh Fahad bin Khalid Al-Thani and Federation board members awarded the winners.
This Championship is part of QBF's strategy to promote boxing to the youth, discover talents, and enhance young athletes' skills, in addition to bringing fresh blood into national teams.
