QOC President Meets China's Minister of Sports and Chairman of Chinese Olympic Committee

HE President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani met today with HE Minister of the General Administration of Sport and President of Chinese Olympic Committee Gao Zhidan, on the sidelines of the 9th Asian Winter Games (Harbin 2025).

Discussion during the meeting, covered aspects of sports cooperation, in addition to a number of other topics of common interest, and exchanging experiences during the next stage.

The meeting was attended by HE QOC Second Vice President Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari and HE QOC Secretary General Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainain.

The 9th Asian Winter Games (Harbin 2025) officially opens on Friday, and will run through Feb. 14 in the Chinese city of Harbin.
