Qatar Leadership Center opens registration for 2027 National Leadership Programs

The Qatar Leadership Center (QLC) has opened registration for its 2027 National Leadership Programs, inviting qualified Qatari nationals to apply as part of its ongoing mission to develop future leaders capable of supporting Qatar's national development and strengthening institutional excellence across various sectors.

Registration officially opened on 2 August 2026.

Two Flagship Leadership Programs

The 2027 National Leadership Programs include two key initiatives:

• Future Leaders Program

• Future Government Leaders Program

• The programs are designed to nurture the next generation of national leaders and align with the goals of Qatar's Third National Development Strategy, which focuses on developing national human capital and fostering innovation.

Who Can Apply?

The programs are open to Qatari nationals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 25 to 35 years

• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher

• Have at least five years of professional experience

Leadership Development Journey

Participants will undertake a comprehensive leadership development program that combines academic learning with practical experience. The curriculum aims to:

• Develop leadership and management skills

• Enhance strategic thinking and decision-making

• Build the capability to lead organizational transformation

• Prepare leaders to address future challenges and drive innovation

Employer Approval Required

QLC stated that final admission is subject to the submission of a no-objection letter (NOC) from the applicant's employer, as the programs will be conducted during official working hours.
