Doha, December 07 (QNA) - The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has announced the renewal of its framework agreement with Google Cloud, on the sidelines of MWC25 Doha.
The renewed agreement enables government entities to leverage secure cloud solutions, generative AI technologies, and advanced data analytics through Google Cloud's local region in Doha, enhancing operational efficiency and improving public service delivery.
The agreement was signed by Assistant Undersecretary for Infrastructure and Operations Affairs at MCIT, Sami Mohammed Al Shammari and Google Cloud's Regional General Manager, Ghassan Kosta. Under the renewed framework, government entities will continue to benefit from innovative, secure, and scalable cloud services, with a strong focus on shaping the future of public services through generative AI and advanced data solutions.
