Qatar artistic gymnastics team achieves 12 medals at Portugal's Confederations Cup Championship
Qatar's artistic gymnastics team, comprising both boys and girls, secured a total of 12 medals (4 gold, 3 silver, and 5 bronze) at the Confederations Cup Championship in Anadia, Portugal.
During the event, Fayrouz Hisham claimed two gold medals in the individual all-around and vault apparatus competitions. Dorra Al Feki earned a gold in the individual apparatus contests. Ahmed Samir excelled, winning four gold medals across various apparatus.
Silver medals were achieved by Loujain Attia in the vault apparatus, Ahmed Samir in the individual all-around, and Omar Al Hafnawi in the floor exercise.
Furthermore, the team earned four bronze medals: Yasmine Al Qasimi secured two in the individual all-around and balance beam, Ahmed Samir in the floor exercise, and Omar Al Hafnawi in the pommel horse.
Ali Al Hitmi, President of Qatar Gymnastics Federation, commended the impressive achievements of Qatar's artistic gymnastics team at the Confederations Cup Championship in Portugal.
