The Argentinean Javier Pastore has joined Qatar Sports Club (Qatar SC) from La Liga team Elche, the QNB Stars League (QSL) team announced on Wednesday.
The 33-year-old attacking midfielder started his club career in Argentina with Talleres and Huracán before transferring to Serie A team Palermo in 2009. He represented Argentina between 2010 and 2017.
Pastore represented the French giants for a protracted period with Paris Saint-Germain from 2011 to 2018.
With 10 points after seven games, Qatar SC is ranked seventh in the QSL rankings after scoring three victories.
