The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change announced the start of the practical training phase on an innovative device for the rapid detection of hazardous chemicals, to be used at border crossings for the entry of goods and parcels.
The Ministry confirmed that the device is currently undergoing a trial phase, where it has proven its efficiency through the samples tested, and it is the result of a strategic partnership between the Ministry and the Qatar Research, Development, and Innovation Council.
