Ministry of Interior has added three new violations to the precautionary and preventive protocols on Friday, including allowing non-vaccinated persons to enter the establishment.
The three new violations include allowing non-vaccinated persons to enter the establishment, not using the permit to control the capacity of shops or malls and centers with a capacity of more than 100 people and non-compliance with the numbers of the allowed persons within the facility.
The new measures are in continuation of the penalties outlined by the ministry to limit gatherings that contribute to the spread of COVID-19, an official source at the Interior Ministry said.
An official source at the ministry said it had been decided to amend the closure penalty for violating facilities to the supervisory authority within its area to impose a closure penalty not exceeding six months.
The source stressed the importance of all individuals and entities adhering to the approved instructions related to health safety requirements, social distancing rules, and the prevention of gatherings in all their forms and locations.
