Quite a few of the animal clinics and shelters around Qatar accept donations in cash and kind.
Qatar Animal Rescue Society (QAWS) and Paws Rescue Qatar- both non-profit organizations working day and night to rescue and rehabilitate animals accept donations such as towels, bedding and cat and dog toys.
Other clinics such as the Qatar Vet Center, and Parkview Pet Center take books as donations. These centers allow visitors to pick up books of their choice in exchange for a small monetary donation to be used to help the animals rescued. All you have to do is walk in and drop off your books.
The Qatar Vet Centre branch in Duhail has a little room where donated books are sold and the money goes into feeding and rescuing their animals.
