Amir patronizes graduation ceremony of Mohammed Bin Ghanem Al Ghanem Maritime Academy

The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani patronized the graduation ceremony of the second batch of cadets of Mohammed Bin Ghanem Al Ghanem Maritime Academy, at the Academy's headquarters in Al-Shamal on Monday morning.

The ceremony was attended by a number of Their Excellencies Sheikhs, Minister, heads of diplomatic missions and military attaches accredited to the State, and high-ranking security and military leaders in a number of brotherly and friendly countries.

The ceremony was also attended by a number of senior officers of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, the State Security, the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), guardians of graduates and guests.

The national anthem was played at the beginning of the ceremony. Then the commander of the graduates' queue came forward requesting HH the Amir to inspect the queue of the 63 graduates from the State of Qatar.

After reciting verses from the Holy Quran, and the march of the graduates' queue and the military parade, HH the Amir honored the outstanding graduates.

After that, the flag was handed over from the second batch to the third batch, and the appointment order was read out. At the end of the ceremony, officers of the second batch took the oath and recited the College anthem.
