Doha Metro stations illuminated with Expo Doha colours

Qatar Rail has announced it is illuminating Doha Metro stations with Expo 2023 Doha colours to promote the first A1 International Horticultural Exhibition to be held in the Middle East and North Africa.

From October 2023 to March 2024, Expo 2023 Doha will offer an extensive 179-day programme.

Spanning 1.7 million square metres, the event will take place in the scenic Al Bidda Park, with breathtaking views of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. The visitors will be treated to beautiful gardens, thought-provoking talks, conferences, art, and cuisine, the organisers have said. With almost 60 countries having confirmed their participation, the event is expected to attract a total of three million visitors.

The theme for Expo 2023 Doha is “Green Desert, Better Environment”.
