Doha, Qatar: The Doha Metro is set to run substitute buses along the Gold Line on Friday, August 25, 2023, coinciding with a one-day maintenance effort.
Substitute buses are scheduled to operate on three specific pathways within the Gold Line network. For Route 1, there will be a unidirectional bus service transporting passengers from Al Aziziyah to Ras Bu Abboud, while Route 2 entails a one-way bus journey from Ras Bu Abboud to Al Aziziyah. Additionally, Route 3 will consist of shuttle buses shuttling commuters between Al Sadd and Bin Mahmoud.
Buses on Routes 1 and 2 will arrive every 5 minutes, while on Route 3, a bus will be available every 10 minutes.
Furthermore, the Doha Metro provided an additional announcement that metrolink M316's departure point will shift from Shelter 1 to Shelter 2 at Ras Bu Abboud Station. Meanwhile, metroexpress services will continue their regular operations.
