Pedestrian paths with trees
Four streets have been beautified with pedestrian paths, cycle track and trees as part of the Supervisory Committee of Beautification of Roads & Public Places in Qatar’s efforts to reduce temperature.
The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) said the committee constructed pedestrian paths in various areas in Qatar with trees on both sides to reduce temperature and carbon emissions.
These pedestrian paths have been built along the streets of Al Khafji, Al Innabi, Onaiza and Hazm Al Markhiya.
Ashghal has also provided QR codes to the exact locations of the pedestrian paths.
