The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) has announced the reopening of the Al Waha Motors, JETOUR showroom, following the implementation of significant corrective measures by the company.
This decision is part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to enhance transparency and fairness in the local automotive sector, protect consumer rights, and ensure adherence to commercial laws.

The showroom had previously been temporarily closed due to multiple regulatory violations, including delays in service delivery and failure to provide spare parts. The MoCI had recorded over 300 consumer complaints and 45 repeat offenses during its inspections.
The Ministry reaffirmed its ongoing commitment to enforcing Law No. (8) of 2008 on consumer protection and its executive regulations, ensuring that businesses uphold the highest standards of service and accountability.
