Renowned Indian Fashion Designer is Back in Doha for this year's Shop Qatar

If fashion is your passion, you probably might have heard of one of India's most celebrated designers — Manish Malhotra.

Couturier, costume stylist, entrepreneur, and revivalist; Malhotra’s prolific career spanning over 30 years has seen him redefine fashion.

Now, he’s back in Qatar to showcase his inspirational fashion line in an exclusive Trunk Show as part of this year's Shop Qatar!

How: As per the show organizers, this is not a fashion show. Participants can purchase Manish Malhotra's collections that will be showcased at the event. All spots for this show, however, are already taken.

Who is Manish Malhotra?

In the fashion world, this legendary designer needs no introduction. In the mainstream media, Manish Malhotra is popularly known as an Indian fashion designer, couturier, costume stylist, entrepreneur, and revivalist, jewellery and beauty retailer from Mumbai, India.

Widely acknowledged for his works in Bollywood, Manish’s fashion designs make every head turn whenever they make an appearance in the public. 

Having won numerous awards in his stellar span of a 30 years career, Manish is known for experimenting with fusion styles resonating a traditional and contemporary essence with refreshing looks each season.

His expertise is centered on luxe-modern collections featuring quintessential traditional Indian wear and fusion styles in vibrant colours, statement prints, and detailed embellishments.

His creations have always been the first choice for many Bollywood stars such as Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and more amongst other established designers in the country.

His collection for Rangeela for Urmila Matondkar earned him a Filmfare award for the Best Costume Design.
