Meteorology Predicts Scorching Days and Humid Nights

Doha, August 28 (QNA) - Inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Thursday will be hazy at places at first, becoming hot daytime with some clouds at times and relatively humid by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.

Offshore, the weather will be hazy at times with some clouds, the report added.

Wind inshore will be variable at first, becomes mainly northeasterly to southeasterly at a speed of 5 - 15 KT, gusting to 20 KT at places at times.

Offshore, it will be southeasterly to northeasterly at a speed of 3 - 12 KT, gusting to 18 KT at eastern area daytime.

Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 ft, while offshore will be 1 - 3 ft, rising to 5 ft at eastern area daytime.

Visibility inshore will be 4 - 10 km, while offshore will be 4 - 9 km.
