Qatar pilgrims have successfully performed the Hajj rituals for the current year 1446 AH, under the close supervision and monitoring of the Qatari Hajj Mission and in coordination with the approved Hajj campaigns.
In a statement today, the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs said that best conditions were provided for the Hajj pilgrimage to be performed with comfort and peace of mind, thanks to the capabilities provided by the state and the directives of the wise leadership.
The ministry added that the pilgrims and Hajj campaign owners hailed the distinguished services provided by the Qatari mission, including good preparation, excellent organization, and high-quality equipment, particularly in the holy sites, as the Arafat Camp, its facilities and services, as well as Mina and Muzdalifah, witnessed significant developments.
It pointed out that these positive feedback from pilgrims and Hajj pilgrims is the fruitful outcome of the constructive cooperation and ongoing coordination between officials of the Hajj and Umrah Department at the Awqaf Ministry, the Qatari Hajj Mission, and Hajj pilgrims. This has resulted in the provision of the highest quality services to the country's pilgrims, helping them perform their rituals with ease and in the correct manner.
In this context, a number of pilgrims and campaign representatives expressed their deep gratitude and sincere thanks to the wise leadership for the comprehensive support and continuous care provided to the country's pilgrims. This was reflected in the high-quality services and meticulous organization since the pilgrims' departure from Hamad International Airport until the completion of the Hajj rituals and their return home.
Pilgrims praised the pioneering role of the Qatari Hajj Mission, headed by HE Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanim. The mission led this year's Hajj operations with high efficiency and a team spirit, with clear directives to harness all energies to serve pilgrims, in cooperation with the advisory committee and all supporting service and technical units, as well as the intensive fieldwork of the seventeen approved campaigns.
They affirmed the provision of all required facilities, reflecting the meticulous planning and dedicated efforts of the Awqaf Ministry, the Qatari Hajj Mission, and its supporting units, in cooperation and coordination with the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
