Documents Required For Expatriates (Non-Qatari Residents):
1. Original Passport of the Deceased.
2. Original ID / Passport of the Informant.
3. Notification Of Death issued by the hospital.
Documents Required For Qatari Deceased In Qatar:
1. Original ID of the Deceased.
2. Original ID of the Informant.
3. Notification Of Death issued by the hospital.
Documents Required For Qatari Deceased Abroad:
1. Original ID of the Deceased.
2. Original Death Certificate Issued at the Country Where the Death Occured.
3. Original ID of the Informant.
