Qatar Airways Achieves Record Financial Results Under Revamped âQatar Airways 2.0â Strategy
 Qatar Airways Group has reported the most successful financial performance in its history, driven by its renewed âQatar Airways 2.0â strategy. For the fiscal year 2024/25, the Groupâwhich includes its cargo, catering, and Qatar Duty Free operationsâachieved a net profit of QAR 7.85 billion (US$2.15 billion), marking an increase of over QAR 1.7 billion (US$0.5 billion) compared to the previous year.
Qatar Airways Cargo, recognized as the worldâs top cargo carrier, posted exceptional results with a 17% revenue growthâits strongest performance since the COVID-19 era. This success is credited to its swift response to market changes, strong investment in digital transformation, advanced data-driven strategies, and its reputation for industry-leading reliability.
Group CEO Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer highlighted the vital role of the companyâs workforce in achieving these milestones. âThese record results reflect the dedication, expertise, and relentless effort of our global team of over 55,000 professionals,â he said. âA key pillar of the Qatar Airways 2.0 strategy is our commitment to developing and empowering talent across the Group.â
