In a major boost to connectivity between Qatar and the Philippines, Qatar Airways and Philippine Airlines have officially launched a new daily nonstop flight service linking Doha (DOH) and Manila (MNL). The inaugural flight was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Hamad International Airport (DOH), marking a milestone in the growing partnership between the two carriers.

From Manila to Doha: Flight QR4946 / PR684 departs Manila at 18:50 and arrives in Doha at 23:40.
From Doha to Manila: Flight QR4947 / PR685 departs Doha at 01:30 and arrives in Manila at 16:15.
Operated by Philippine Airlines, the daily service features the airline’s long-range Airbus A330-300 aircraft configured with:
18 flat-bed seats in an exclusive Business Class section.
341 Economy Class seats, ensuring a comfortable journey for all travelers.
This new route strengthens ties between the two nations and offers passengers more flexible travel options, whether for business, tourism, or visiting family. The launch also reflects the growing demand for air travel between Qatar and the Philippines, home to one of the largest Filipino communities in the Gulf.
