Qatar's Permanent Representative to UN Meets UNFPA Executive Director

HE Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met with HE Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Dr. Natalia Kanem at the headquarters of the Permanent Mission in New York.

During the meeting, they discussed the distinguished partnership between the State of Qatar and the UNFPA, especially in the field of promoting the right of women, men and children to enjoy a healthy life and equal opportunities, in addition to exploring ways to coordinate joint efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
