QOC President Meets Sports Officials on Sidelines of Asian Winter Games

President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani has met separately with Vice President of the Olympic Council of Asia for Central Asia, Otabek Umarov; Minister of Sports of the Republic of Tajikistan, Zulfiqar Jala Hamad Zada; and Minister of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerbol Mirza Businov, on the sidelines of the 9th Asian Winter Games currently being held in the Chinese city of Harbin.

Discussions during the meetings dealt with means to support and develop sports cooperation during the coming stage.

The meetings were attended by Second Vice President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari, and Secretary General of the Olympic Committee (QOC) Jassim bin Rashid Al Buainain .
