Shura Council Participates in PUIC General Committee Meeting

The Shura Council participated in 23rd session of the General Committee of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Member States (PUIC), within the work of the 16th PUIC Conference in Istanbul, the sisterly Republic of Turkey.

HE Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidan and HE Mubarak bin Mohammed Al Kuwari, members of the Shura Council, represented the Council in the meeting.

The meeting witnessed the elections of the Bureau members, the adoption of the reports of the Executive Committee and the agenda and work program, and the review of the report of the Secretary-General of PUIC.
