March 1 - Wednesday

1. Shop Qatar 2023

Qatar’s biggest shopping festival, Shop Qatar, returned this February. Ten of the country’s most popular shopping malls, including Doha Festival City, Place Vendôme, and Lagoona Mall, will participate in this month-long celebration of Qatar’s retail and leisure industry. Sephora will host “Sephora Saturdays” with masterclasses at Place Vendôme that are open to all and “Sephora Ladies Night” on Wednesdays, which will see private masterclasses, complete with luscious giveaways.

Shoppers can also participate in various competitions and promotions, such as the ‘Shop and Sweep’ event at Virgin Megastore branches across the country.

For every QR 200 spent, shoppers are eligible to enter a draw for mega prizes worth over 2 M QAR. This year’s grand prize is the chance to win a brand-new studio apartment in The Pearl Qatar!

2. Assala Nasri, Qatar Live 2023

3. Showtime 2023

Showtime! 2022 brought the house down in a deafening echo of clapping and cheering. With 2 hours of toe tapping, heart rending, fist pumping songs, prepare yourselves for Showtime! 2023.

Join Qatar Foundation Schools Students and Staff as they take us on a magical journey through Musicals at the Movies, with beloved songs from the biggest movie musicals. Share in the glitz and glamour as students and staff sing, dance and perform their hearts out to the familiar tunes of Grease, Queen, Aladdin, classic ballads from My Fair Lady as well as dozens more performances in this 2 hour extravaganza. We are honoured to debut an original song by Qatari composer Dana Al-Fardan, as well as Middle Eastern twists on some favourite classics.

March 3 - Friday

1. Nawal Al-Kuwaitia, Qatar Live 2023

After retiring from her singing career for personal reasons, Nawal returned after five years with a duet performed with Abdullah Rashad, 'Kan Widdi Niltiki' ('I Wished We Could Have Met'). Make sure you don't miss her iconic comeback performance.

2. Melodius Memories

4. Mawahib Festival

Mawahib is a community event focused on interactive and engaging experiences for the local youth. The event focuses on building a platform for the youth to have the opportunity to show their talent on a larger scale. The talent can be of any kind whether Dance, singing, rapping, beatboxing, freestyle or any kind of art. The event will help the members of the community to interact, bond, and participate in local activities and raise awareness and motivate the youth to big dreams and reach goals.

5. 15th Artistic Gymnastics World Cup

The 15th Artistic Gymnastics World Cup will gather the best gymnasts in the world for 4 days of competitions.

Participation of around 200 gymnasts from more than 50 countries – 5 continents.

6. Fitness Festival 2023

Dive into this uniquely designed 60-minute workout, including 10-minute sessions that will activate different muscle groups, trigger varying energy systems, and increase your coordination, strength, stamina and flexibility.

This session is beginner-friendly, and all exercises are demonstrated for unfamiliar people who may want a light version and those who can push it a bit more.
