Job Description

We have an opening for Business Analyst.

Location: Dubai

CLIENT is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst to be based in Dubai at DXB.

• This position will be part of the Application technical team responsible for providing support, enhancement and implementation services using the technology stack of Oracle Fusion Applications.

• This position will require the individual to understand and analyze the business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solution based on the Oracle Fusion Architecture.

• This candidate will be required to closely work with the Business and should have the ability to coordinate, interact and work with different teams for the delivery of the solution.

• The position holder should have good Techno-Functional knowledge in the Oracle Fusion HCM application.

- At least 4 years of experience in Fusion HCM Payroll applications.

- 4 years of experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts , HCM Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publishers, Application security,  Infolets and other HR dashboards.

-  Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.

- Minimum 5 years IT experience covering business requirements, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organizations.

- Compensation Management knowledge.

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation skills.
