- The Lion King film will be in Arabic, subtitled in English.

- No food or drinks are allowed inside the seating area.

- Admission is only possible with a valid ticket assigned to a numbered seat.

- Children under 2 are free but must sit on an adult's lap.

- Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 21+.

- Strictly no readmission.

- The show will start promptly at 18:00.

- Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted.

- Venue doors open one hour before the show.

 

Accessible seating tickets must be purchased, and a disabled ID must be presented at the venue entrance, with only one accompanying person allowed, holding another accessible ticket. All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. E-tickets should be kept with attendees and produced upon request by staff.

Organizers also emphasize that the validation of the ticket holder's identity may be requested at the gate, taking the form of a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

In the event of cancellation or postponement, the refund of e-tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer. Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of tickets may result in denial of admission or removal from the venue.
